Happy Monday! I had the day off, so I've treated today as my second Sunday. That's why I'm a day late in getting this post out, but better late than never. Here's what we've got on the menu for the remainder of this week.

Tuesday: Coconut Shrimp with Parmesan Roasted Edamame
Wednesday: Cincinnati Chili with tossed salad
Thursday: Cincinnati Chili with tossed salad
The paremesan roasted edamame sounds so good and perfect for the edamame that is currently in my freezer. :)
ReplyDeleteCincinnati chili (aka Skyline chili) is the very best chili - so, so good and unique! I'm was born in Cincinnati (but have long lived in the South and in DC) & grew up on this chili. Try it on a hot dog, too! Enjoy-
